Return/Exchange Policy
OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
The items are sold as is, in good condition. If there is damage, we must be notified within 24 hours. You must have all photos of the packaging in case you file a claim. If the value of an item decreases and it is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for the loss, including shipping costs. Returns will be processed 17 to 21 business. VINTAGE REDROSE reserves the right to charge for the new order if the damaged order is not returned within 30 days.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
